Business School Orientation today, was kinda late but there were even more people later than us. Met Shuxin and went to school together(hope we can do this more often)! So we registered and realised we're in different class. DAMN. 1 class away from one another... TSK. Pekcek only.
School is pretty cool I must say. Totally a different environment. But I have to say, it really felt like the first day of Sec 1! We knew nobody, we didn't know our way around, afraid to be an outcast, afraid of not having a companion pronto, like..we were lost sheeps. Frankly speaking, we're on poly. And by this age we start to warm up faster to strangers around us, thou it's quite a feat to do so still...but that's not the point DUH. I guess we need some time to warm up a little. Anyways, I made new friends and so far, so good! Saw a couple of familiar faces that I often see back at universal studios which is totally cool shit. You get the gist right? And hopefully, this year would be even BETTER than 2009.
I shall do a recap of what happened during the orientation:)
- I suffered a back ache from sitting down on the floor too long. Sad case sad case.. oh fyi, it was 3 hours. Cos we had a short induction. And learnt lots of cheers which I cant remember a single one for nuts.
- Tried to join cheer leading for tomorrow's regata(dragon boat competition/sports event/inter-school competition..i make myslef laoqui only..), whatever that is. But backed out.
- Lunch, a super quiet one i've ever had in my whole entire life. Eating alone is much more noisier than that. Played some games after that.. and I made myself a joke cos I couldn't play most of the game.
- Went to classroom for mass dance practice and couple dance. The dance super cute!!! The song is still stuck in my head!
- Off to some theaterette to have "Battle of the Sexes" HAHA! Omg, the emcee said " People with vaginas this way*point to the left*. People with penis go that way*point to the right*" Then he added, "people with both in the center-.-". I love this part of the day best:) We sang, danced, laugh till the ceiling might just crush down on us. Hehe!
- Went to the track fields, omg. Like kena peng kang on the tracks. Then we formed the number 20, cos it's out 20th anniversary tomorrow... then took a picture with yellow papers. Sounds like it doesn't make sense right? I know. My english kinda limited, school starts on 19th so by then should be fine! It was gonna rain, so we headed into shelter. Which, afterwards really rained like cats and dogs.
- Took our tee shirts and off to Macs with Shuxin! Talked alot la. Girls stuffs. Hor Shuxin? Hahah!
- HOMED.
I'm super tired right now, but super excited for tomorrow! Shall go shower and sleep right away! Night readers:)
